Who controls your data
Myra Solutions LLC, 16312 Garden Dr, Celina, TX 75009, United States, is the controller of personal data processed by DraftTrip.
What we collect
- Your WhatsApp phone number — this is how you sign in and how the assistant reaches you.
- Your trips — destinations, dates, itinerary items and notes you or your collaborators add.
- Messages you send the assistant, so it can answer and act on them.
- Basic technical records needed to run and secure the service.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not read your other WhatsApp conversations — only messages sent to our number or to a group the assistant is in.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the service: WhatsApp (Meta) to deliver messages, our AI provider to generate responses, our payment processor to take payment, and our hosting provider. Each receives only what their part requires.
How long we keep it
We keep your trips while your account exists. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your trips and personal data, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
Cookies
We set only cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep you signed in, plus a note of whether you have dismissed the cookie banner. No advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of it, or its deletion. Contact info@drafttrip.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
DraftTrip is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
